This membership includes a on-time fee ($35) for a virtual notarization process, which initiates once sign-up is complete. A subsequent email will follow with directions to book the appointment online. A membership guide will also follow upon sign-up completion.

FOR RESIDENT AGENT SERVICE
Securing MakerSpace Offices as your Resident Agent will allow:
- MakerSpace Offices to accept legal documents on behalf you and/or your company
- MakerSpace Offices to accept the following on your behalf: state tax notifications, annual report reminders, compliance notices from: Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT); and, the Comptroller of Maryland
- You to maintain a physical address in Charles County, Maryland, at a confirmed corporate location, home to on-site business owners
- MakerSpace Offices to announce of all received documents to attention about your business on a daily basis, including: packages (10lbs or less), official mail, court notices, or documents to the business owner or managing member via text with photo of the received mail.
- MakerSpace Offices to help you stay in GOOD STANDING by providing reminders about annual reports and filing deadlines. (Note: MakerSpace Offices does not complete these filings on your behalf, however, will provide notifications to help ensure compliance according to requirements per the State of Maryland).
